KANGXI SILVER MOUNTED CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE BOTTLE VASE

China, c1690, The Mounts European, Likely Dutch, 18^thCentury
The Silver Unmarked

The upright ovoid base with molded vertical petals,
each petal painted with blue hollow rocks issuing various differing flora,
the neck also painted with floral sprays and having a European applied shaped and engraved (bright cut) silver exterior and interior mount (likely Dutch);
the verso with underglaze blue concentric circles enclosing an artemesia leaf

The panels are shown in succession, from left to right, in the four images.

Condition : Neck likely reshaped to accommodate the European silver mount; minor nick to footrim;
a faint tight vertical hairline to one mounded indentation
