Of heavy gauge silver, the cup shaped bowl with gilt interior

over a waisted stem with beading below the cup and at the girdle, raised on a spreading foot,

also beaded at the footrim;

the rim engraved to each side with “two hands clasped”, in the manner of the Masonic grip;
the footrim verso with thistle punch,
with an illegible scratch engraved script inscription , shown below
