EARLY GEORGIAN BALUSTER WINE GLASS with TEAR

The bucket bowl with a thick base, above a double baluster stem with medial annular knop,

the lower inverted baluster with an internal tear and above a basal cushion knop,
raised on a folded conical foot with snapped pontil
collector's label and number verso

 

Condition : Excellent with light wear to foot verso; without chips, cracks or restoration;
a slight fold in the surface at the rim, in the making

 

5.5" High,
The Rim 2.25", The Foot, 2.5" Diameter
