Shipping:
Except for larger furniture, items are securely packaged inhouse.
Shipping is charged at estimated cost, and offered via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Furniture shipping options include Vintage Transport, The UPS Store, or purchaser's request.
Full insurance is recommended. We can insure privately, or with the carrier. International USPS shipments must carry USPS insurance.
Any
tracking numbers available will be sent via email as soon as the item has
been shipped.
Guarantees, Returns and Refunds:
Enclosed, or sent separately, will be a written payment receipt, with the item details (dating, description, etc.). Our merchandise is
guaranteed to be as described in the written receipt. Should an error of dating or identification be proven, a refund will be granted,
pending our review of the said error, and our receipt of the merchandise. Also the condition must be as sent out for a refund to be made.
Any concerns must be reported to us within 10 days of purchase or receipt of goods. Any refund will be made by the same method as payment.
