REGENCY MAHOGANY CONVERTIBLE CHILD’S HIGH CHAIR

The caned bergere chair with removable tray and two removable footrests, with cross stretchers wing-bolted to a companion table
on four splay legs also having cross-stretchers; convertible to a table and chair.
Condition: Excellent; caning in excellent condition; bearing an old refinish to the chair, the table appearing to have an original finish;
with normal wear appropriate to age; several minor repairs; chip to one leg of table
Note: This convertible high chair retains all of its original parts,
including the original thumb screws to secure the eating tray, the center bolt, and both foot rests. Most that I have
encountered from this period have lost all, or at least some of their parts. The 26" diagonal foot supports provides
safe and adequate support for any active child. The conversion from a high chair to a table and chair will take
this chair from earliest sitting age to approximately 4 years of age.
