Of usual octagonal form in heavy gauge silver, with concave sides and oval well,

the verso with rubbed but legible marks; no crests or monogram - if removed, removal not visible

 

Marks: Thomas Ash (Grimwade #88); Britannia (AS, the "device" below visible); 1710-11 date mark; no London mark

 

Condition: Excellent; several expected very minor pin-point depressions and scratches; all marks worn but readable
