Each of usual round form with concave sides, the flat rims with shell and foliate decoration, turned mahogany bases;

marked beneath the rims

 

 Mark:  impressed 5-pointed star sided by a demi-eagle rising and a lion

rampant (untraced). The 5-pointed star is shown in Sheffield Plate, Wyllie, p.68

 

Condition: Excellent
