The deep round pot with elaborate shell and foliate border raised on a pedestal base with gadrooned
footrim, angular handle attaching to a shell-form thumb lift on the circular reeded and slightly
domed notched lid, the lid bearing an engraved crest of a lighthouse, the Old English
pattern spoon engraved en suite
Condition: The interior and remains of gilt to the lid; several minor body tiny dings; very good marks
