Of quite heavy gauge silver, each with upturned terminal scratch engraved I .(diamond) F,
each bowl verso with a well cast trellised basket of flowers
Condition: Excellent; one bowl with tiny tip stir wear; marked with lion passant and makers’ marks –
all marks cast over, as is usual with the narrow shafts; good definition to the casting
Mark: Grimwade, #3335, registered 1749

and drop-bead decoration
Condition: Good to excellent; one bowl with tiny tip stir wear; marked with lion passant and makers’ marks –
all marks cast over, as is usual with the narrow shafts; some marks rubbed;
some rubbing to the decoration on the high points
Mark: Grimwade, #143, entered 1748

with a shell surmounted by a floral and foliate scroll
Mark: Grimwade: T.E, #2746, registered 1739
Condition: Good to excellent with only minor rubbing to one area of the shell on the bowl verso;
excellent marks (cast over, as is usual with the narrow shafts)
