above a conical foot

 

Provenance:

The Scrivener Collection, with collector's label verso, (#108), and a second collector’s label (no. 139)

An almost identical example is illustrated in  Old English Drinking Glasses,

Grant R. Francis (1926) pl. VI, no.31  

 

Condition: Very good to excellent; several very light lateral scratches to the interior of

the bowl at the midway section; no chips, cracks or restoration
