The deep round bowl with everted rim and silver-mounted baleen twisted handle.

English Goldsmiths & Their Marks, Jackson, p. 544, as found on a teaspoon - Lord Breadalbane:

"On a teaspoon of about 1820, a thistle in an oval stamp occurs, in addition to the Elgin stamp and the initials W.F".
