GEORGE III MAHOGANY MINIATURE SLANT-FRONT DESK / BANK

England, c1810

With a rectangular top above a fixed front over a false drawer and a deep drawer

decorated to appear as two long drawers, raised on bracket feet; the reverse with coin slot;

together with an 1874 Victorian coin found within; probably made as a bank, as the fall front

was not intended to be opened, and the drawer at the bottom is a single receptacle

Condition: Overall good; newer polish; repair to front right leg
