Also known as “Dragon in Compartments”, each of rounded fluted from, painted with lotus panels of
colorful fire-breathing dragons and kylin, alternating with vases bearing flora and flourished set on a low table top,
the border with a gilt speckled green panels reserved with iron red half-flowerheads, gilt rims;
the center with a puce and blue flowerhead
Provenance: Purchased from Walter S Beaton, 37 Albert Square, Dundee, October 1960.
Condition: Very good: a few glaze imperfections, and slight expected rubbing to well;
one with a small 'U' shaped tight hairline to the underside of the rim
