The broad dognose upturned tip prick-engraved in script K.S.D over 1799 over L.L. (or I.I.), the
broad oval bowl of the 17th century form, the verso engraved with a v-form rattail sided by radiating foliage;
mark of conjoined HB on handle at bowl juncture
Condition: Excellent; mark crisp; bowl engraving slightly worn and probably predates the tip engraving of 1799
