Painted in underglaze blue, iron red and gilt, the sides with peony and chrysanthemum sprays alternating with
vases and precious objects and a kylin; the interior with a central mons surrounded by pomegranates; the
interior and exterior rims with panels of Wan Li diapering reserved with oval panels of flora; brown dressed rim
Provenance: a Connecticut museum
Condition: excellent; one very minor rim frit
