An early example, the shaped oval sauce boat painted in blue and white in the "Desirable Residence" pattern,
depicting a pagoda sided by trees and rocks, the interior reserved with a Chinese emblem (possibly scrolls),
within a diapered rim, raised on three paw feet, scroll handle, painted verso with numerals 18
Condition : Blurring to underglaze painting; several kiln flaws; probable restoration to one foot;
