Of heavy gauge silver, each with strong upper ridge, a well shaped narrow duck-bill bowl 

and rattail attachment, bearing a crest of a crane in dexter a stone

George II silver, John Gorham, London, 1734, (old repair to shaft), 8"

Interesting George II provincial, c1730, struck thrice "TW" (unidentified - 2 stars above and a rubbed device below),  8-1/4

(a similar mark with pellets above and below is shown in Jackson on a Newmarket cup, c1730)

 

Condition:  Overall excellent; Gorham with an old well done repair to the shaft; some marks rubbed but legible, as shown;

bowls in excellent condition
