19TH CENTURY ENGLISH BRASS & SILVERED BRASS WHISTLE

 

 

 

 

The cylindrical silvered brass shaft with an applied spiraling beaded brass band having bright-cut edges,

all below a ball brass finial with dependent loop and short chain, the chain loops with reeding

 

Condition : Good working order with quite intricate workmanship;

silver rubbed in high spots of the shaft near the mouthpiece

 

1.25" Long / .2 oz.
