The funnel bowl with a dot and swag engraved border above a central floral mounted oval engraved and dated
"Inn. 23 April 1815"* sided by the letters "H" & "C", the waist and flaring foot slice cut; polished pontil
*possibly Norwegian or Icelandic ("Innrettingasmiour" = joined in Icelandic)
Condition: excellent; good ring and striation; good foot rim wear; bowl rim slightly out of round
